Courses
Teaching Assistant
Fall 2018-Fall 2021 I served as sole instructor for 3 sections per year of LING2100: Introduction to Linguistics. I developed materials, including classroom activities, powerpoints, and exams, and pivoted to an online format at short notice in March 2020. I also designed a hybrid course for the remainder of the 2020-2021 school year.
Classroom Assistant
LING2100E: The Study of Language (Dr. Vera Lee-Schoenfeld)
For summer 2021, 2020, and 2019, I was one of several TAs assisting Dr. Lee-Schoenfeld with the 250+ student online LING2100 course. I collaborated with others on assignments and grading, and independently developed video materials for the historical linguistics section.

Tutoring
Writing Consultant
As a writing consultant in the Writing Center at the University of Texas At El Paso from Spring 2015-Spring 2016, I tutored students on the principles of writing, edited and corrected papers both in-person and through our online consultancy module. In Fall 2015, I exceeded the semester record for most online consultations. I also gave workshops on the Writing Center’s functions.
